Helping lighten the load....

The more we accept and learn about mental health, the better we can provide helpful support to those in our lives who struggle with mental health conditions.  I'm passionate about this topic because I too experienced depressions when I was younger and the help and resources I received were invaluable.  No family struggling with a mental health issue should feel alone or embarrassed to seek help.  

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, I've put together a photoshoot fundraiser to help raise money for CONNECT Summit County - a local non profit in Park City whose mission is to create a well-informed and stigma-free community with access to mental health services for all.   I had the pleasure of photographing our local celebrity Christine Napier, host on PCTV and one of CONNECT'S Ambassadors, who's joined their newest campaign called Part Of Our Nature.
